You can achieve this by adding the following code to your theme's functions.php file:

add_action( 'woocommerce_product_query', 'hide_out_of_stock_products' );



function hide_out_of_stock_products( $q ) {

            'value' => 'instock',

            'compare' => '='

This code will hide simple products that are out of stock from the shop page in WooCommerce.
